GOING TO THE CHAPEL PACKAGE
At Black Tie Events, we understand how difficult it can be for a bride to set-up and make sure everything
runs smoothly, while also trying to enjoy the biggest day of your life. That’s why we have created a package to specifically
assist you on your wedding day, for those brides who wish to plan their own dream wedding. We are here to be your extra set
of hands to insure you have an absolutely amazing day you will never forget! We want you to have the confidence
on your wedding day to know that you have someone behind the scenes handling every detail to make sure your wedding day is
as perfect as possible!
* Create
a layout of how your wedding day will progress in order to stay on schedule * Oversee and assist in, any decorating of the ceremony venue and/or reception venue *
Oversee the various vendors you have chosen for your wedding * Deliver gifts or arrange for gifts to be delivered to designated location after the wedding * Help to greet and assist your guests in any way if need be * Meet within a couple days of the wedding to discuss final details related to your day * Rehearsal coordination onsite prior to the wedding with two hours of service, at no additional charge! (Rehearsal dinner coordination is also available upon
request) * You will have two coordinators and one assistant available on your wedding day to oversee every aspect
to ensure a smooth outcome
At Black Tie Events, our staff is ready to assist you in creating the wedding beyond your dreams! We are here
to help you in any way we can to make sure you have an amazing wedding day with as little stress as possible, and one you
will remember in detail on your 50th anniversary!
Total Package Cost: $800.00 and up (Final total cost may vary based on location of the wedding and/or guest
count)
