Below is a sample list of some the services Black Tie Events
can provide our clients with for any special event or party. We understand that planning any event can be a bit
overwhelming and extremely time consuming, so we are here to help alleviate your stress of coordinating everything.
* Design the event venue to the
client's specifications * Secure bids from qualified vendors related to the
client's event * Handle logistic development and coordination of vendors * Provide
onsite coordination of all installation and tear-down of items related to client's event (tables, chairs, decorations,
etc) * Handle arrangement of all payments of vendors and necessary suppliers on client's behalf * Available professional staff onsite during the event on the scheduled day to ensure the event runs
smoothly * Help client maintain schedule prior to event to stay prepared * Greet and
assist event/party guests in any manner needed * Assist in any and all aspects of the event as outlined
in the proposal
